In the XDEEP pockets, the weight is contained inside - and the pocket is equipped with a sturdy handle. This makes the operation of removing the ballast simple in cases such as getting back into the boat after a dive without the ballast falling away. There is nothing worse than an unstable immersion: the pockets must be mounted on the sides of the harness and screwed to the backrest; this ensures that the weights do not move.

Loss of ballast during a dive can lead to serious problems. The large locking hooks are made of a temperature and salt resistant material, a polyoxymethylene called ITW NEXUS.
